Our Purpose, Mission, Vision and Core Values

Our Purpose

We glorify God by creating a place where every person, including those who are broken, hurting, or searching for belonging, can encounter Jesus, experience His healing and transforming love, discover their God-given purpose, and become Spirit-empowered disciples who advance His Kingdom.

Our Core Values

Our core values encompass biblical truths, the Holy Spirit, prayer, relationships, discipleship, integrity, service, outreach, and worship.

The following values define the Christ-centered, Spirit-empowered culture we seek to cultivate. They guide how we live, worship, serve, lead, and relate to one another.

The Presence of God

We passionately pursue God and desire His presence to be central in everything we do. Through wholehearted, life-encompassing worship, prayer and obedience, we seek to know Him deeply and respond faithfully to His leading.

(Psalm 27: 4; John 4: 23 – 24; James 4: 8)

Biblical Truth

We believe that the bible is the inspired and authoritative Word of God and is foundational for our beliefs, decisions, conduct, teaching and ministry.

(2 Timothy 3: 16 – 17; Psalm 119: 105; John 17: 17)

The Power of the Holy Spirit

We depend upon the power of the Holy Spirit to transform lives, empower believers, distribute spiritual gifts and empower the Church to continue the ministry of Jesus. We always seek to remain sensitive and obedient to His voice and direction.

(Acts 1: 8; 1 Corinthians 12: 4 – 11; Galatians 5: 25)

Prayer and Faith

We believe prayer is essential to our relationship with God and the fulfillment of His purposes. We pray with faith, expecting God to save, heal, deliver, restore, provide and intervene according to His will.

(Mark 11: 24; Acts 4: 29 – 31; James 5: 16; Hebrews 11: 25; Hebrews 7: 25)

Unity and Reconciliation

We are committed to maintaining the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace, pursuing reconciliation, agreement, and shared purpose as the Body of Christ. We resolve conflict with truth and grace, preserve healthy relationships, and stand together in one mind and mission, bringing glory to God through our unity.

(Ephesians 4: 1 – 3; Matthew 5: 23 – 24; 1 Corinthians 1: 10)

Authentic Relationships

We value genuine, loving relationships in which people are known, treasured, encouraged, supported, and challenged to grow. We create healthy surroundings where grace, compassion, accountability, and meaningful connections can flourish. People do not need to have their lives together before they belong to Christ.

(John 13: 34 – 35; Romans 12: 9 – 10; Hebrews 10: 24 – 25; @ Corinthians 5: 16 – 17)

Discipleship and Spiritual Gropwth

We are committed to developing mature followers of Jesus who continually grow in character, integrity, biblical understanding, spiritual gifts, and obedience. We encourage believers to discover their God-given purpose and, in turn, help others follow Christ.

Christlike Character and Integrity

We seek to represent Jesus with humility, integrity, holiness, honesty, excellence in action, and accountability. We Believe that our private character must agree with our public ministry.

(Colossians 3 17; Titus 2: 7 – 8; 1 Peter 1: 15 – 16)

Compassionate Service

We follow the example of Jesus by serving others with humility, compassion, and practical care. We use our gifts and resources to meet needs, restore hope, and thus demonstrate the love of Christ.

(Mark 10: 45; Galatians 5: 13; ! Peter 4:10)

 Evangelism and Mission

We live with an outward focus, boldly sharing the gospel and carrying the hope of Jesus beyond the walls of the church. We are committed to reaching people in our communities and throughout the world.

(Matthew 28: 18 – 20; Acts 1: 8; Romans 1: 16)

Equipping and Empowering

We believe every believer has been given gifts and a role in God’s Kingdom. We seek to identify, release, and encourage passionate people to serve, lead, discover and fulfill their God-given calling.

(Romans 12: 4 – 6; Ephesians 2: 10; Ephesians 4: 11 – 12)

Reproduction and Multiplication

We measure fruitfulness not only by what we accomplish but also by discipleship - producing leaders who develop leaders and set up ministries that multiply God’s passion.

(2 Timothy 2:2; John 15: 8; Acts 6: 7)
